Fiber oriented silicone gel thermal conductive sheet

is made of silicon sheet filled with high thermal conductive fiber powder
Fiber oriented thermal conductive sheet is made of silicon sheet filled with high thermal conductive fiber powder. TUFS is a good interface material for thermal management where it is needed that not only to control the conductive direction and big thermal flow.
This fiber powder is called Highthermcon which is specially designed for typical thermal management applications. These materials are used in applications where high performance and maximum weight reduction must be combined. Thanks to ultra-high longitudinal thermal conductivity, Highthermcon fiber demonstrate 2 to 3 times the performance of copper, and 4 to 5 times the performance of aluminum.
Based on the special properties of Highthermcon, TCFS can be designed with different thermal conductivity and different thermal conductive directions. Thanks to these unique properties, we can apply TCFS into where special requirement is needed.

TCFS eliminates problems associated with grease such as contamination of reflow solder or cleaning operations. Unlike grease, TCFS can be used prior to these operations. TCFS also eliminates dust collection which can cause possible surface shorting or heat buildup.

Between two large surfaces such as an L-bracket and the chassis of an assembly
Between a heat sink and a chassis
Under electrically isolated power modules or devices such as resistors, transformers and solid state relays
